At First Blinds, we custom made to your exact specifications, therefore they are not suitable for resale or restocking. Please be sure that you check all details thoroughly before finalising your order. First Blinds takes no responsibility for products that have been ordered incorrectly.

However, if it is deemed that the fault was made in production of the product, or any manufacturing defects of the products, the product will be remade and replaced in full at no extra charge.
